摘　　要：山东省是蔬菜生产大省,本文主要调查了山东省蔬菜产业链的损耗情况,针对不同调查对象及环节,通过“线上+线下”的问卷调查及实地访谈等方式进行研究。结果表明,山东省的蔬菜产业链损耗较大,从业人员相关技术掌握程度不高,相关意识较薄弱,参加的培训和学习不够,蔬菜产业链机制和结构不够完善,相关政策不明确。建议后期加快蔬菜产业人才培养,培育新型职业农民成为乡村振兴生力军;完善相应标准法规,加大蔬菜废弃物排放相关的惩处力度;加大科研力度,通过科技创新,解决蔬菜损耗率高及附加值低等技术难题;增加蔬菜信息发布渠道,加强对蔬菜从业者的培训;政府部门应加强政策和资金的扶持力度。This article mainly investigated the wastage of the vegetable industry chain in Shandong province,and conducted research on different survey objects and survey links through"online+offline"questionnaire surveys and field interviews.The results showed that the part of vegetable industry chain in Shandong province suffered from serious losses,the personnel involved in all links have a low degree of relevant technical mastery,and the relevant awareness was relatively weak.There was very little training and learning to participate,the mechanism and structure of the vegetable industry chain were not perfect,and the part of legal policies were not clear.It was recommended to accelerate the cultivation of talents in the vegetable industry in the later period,cultivate new types of professional farmers, and become a new force for rural revitalization, improve the corresponding standards and laws and regulations, increase punishment related to vegetable waste discharge;increase scientific research, and solve the high vegetable loss rate and low added value through technological innovation technical difficulties, increase vegetable information release channels and strengthen the training of vegetable practitioners. The government departments should strengthen the support of policies and funds.
