摘　　要：网络加速组件是安全产品的重要组成部分,本文针对产品界面设计中的用户需求、视觉设计、功能与技术进行分析,再从用户体验和服务设计的角度进行研究。研究表明,用户体验战略设计是界面设计研究的核心,起到战略指导与规划的核心作用;服务设计是具体设计实践的指导理论,利益相关者分析可以有效地获取需求内容;服务旅程图可以为具体的设计实践提供方向。The network acceleration component is an important part of security products. The paper first analyzes the user requirements, visual design,function and technology in the product interface design, and then conducts research from the perspective of user experience and service design. Research shows that user experience strategic design, namely UX strategic design, is the core of interface design research and plays a central role in strategic guidance and planning. Service design is the guiding theory for specific design practices. Stakeholder analysis can effectively reveal the content of needs.Service journey map can provide direction for specific design activities.
