对药膳饮食的态度及认识调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查延吉市居民对药膳饮食的态度及认知.[方法]采用便利抽样法对317名延吉市常住居民的体质健康、对待饮食健康及药膳饮食的态度、期望的消费标准等进行自制调查问卷调查.[结果]本组研究对象中62.7%对自身体质有所了解,且注重饮食健康;65.7%对药膳餐饮持积极态度,其中51.3%更注重药膳饮食带来的餐饮疗效;期望的消费标准多集中在100元/人以下.[结论]延吉市居民对药膳饮食多持积极态度,能够接受价格略高于一般餐饮的药膳饮食,希望通过饮食改善体质健康.OBJECTIVE To investigate the attitude and cognition of Yanji residents towards medicated diet.METHODS A total of 317 permanent residents in Yanji City were selected by convenience sampling method,and their physical health,attitudes towards healthy diet and medicated diet,and expected consumption standards were investigated by self-made questionnaire.RESULTS 62.7%of the subjects in this study had a good understanding of their own physique and paid attention to a healthy diet.65.7%of the subjects held a positive attitude towards medicated diet,among them,51.3%paid more attention to the curative effects of medicated diet.The expected consumption standard was mostly less than 100 yuan per person.CONCLUSION The residents of Yanji hold a positive attitude towards the medicated diet,and can accept the medicated diet with a price slightly higher than that of the general diet,hoping to improve their physical health through diet.
