摘　　要：言语性听幻觉是在没有外界刺激的情况下,让人产生听到声音的知觉障碍,是精神分裂症的典型症状之一。部分幻听患者对抗精神病药物疗效不显著或对药物依从性差,临床上的治疗需要新的策略。现综述精神分裂症言语性听幻觉症状相关脑区的异常研究及非药物干预的研究进展,包括重复经颅磁刺激、认知行为治疗和认知训练等,为治疗提供新思路。Auditory verbal hallucinations are the sensory perceptions of hearing voices without external stimuli,and one of the major symptoms of schizophrenia.Some of patients with auditory hallucinations suffer from insignificant efficacy or poor compliance with antipsychotic drugs,and new strategies are needed for clinical treatment.This review summarizes the research progress of brain abnormalities related to auditory verbal hallucination in schizophrenia and non drug intervention,including repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive training,to provide new ideas for the treatment.
