窝沟封闭术预防儿童第一恒磨牙龋病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察窝沟封闭术预防儿童第一恒磨牙龋病的临床效果。方法:选择2019年3月-2020年3月山东省枣庄市山亭区人民医院进行第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭的100例儿童作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组儿童进行健康宣教,观察组儿童在此基础上给予窝沟封闭术。对比儿童6、12及24个月后第一恒磨牙的龋齿发生率;分析观察组第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭剂脱落情况。结果:观察组儿童6、12及24个月后的第一恒磨牙龋齿发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,观察组窝沟封闭剂脱落情况逐年增长但增长不明显。结论:对儿童进行窝沟封闭术干预,可以有效预防儿童第一恒磨牙龋病的发生,具有较好的临床应用效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealing on the prevention of caries in children's first permanent molars.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,100 children with pit and fissure sealing of first permanent molar in Shanting District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given health education,and the observation group was additionally given pit and fissure sealing treatment.The incidence of caries in the first permanent molars of children after 6,12 and 24 months was compared;The shedding of pit and fissure sealant in the first permanent molar in the observation group was analyzed.Results:The incidence of caries in the first permanent molars of children in the observation group at 6,12 and 24 months was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the shedding of pit and fissure sealants in the observation group increased year by year,but the increase was not obvious.Conclusion:The intervention of pit and fissure sealing for children can effectively prevent the occurrence of caries in children's first permanent molars,and has good clinical application effect.
