腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨对结肠癌患者采用腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术完成治疗后获得临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年10月收治的96例结肠癌患者进行治疗研究;随机分为常规组(开放性结肠系膜切除术完成治疗)和研究组(腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术完成治疗),各48例;比较两组患者手术前后血清指标及术后指标。结果 手术后,研究组IL-2、CRP、VEGF、IL-6均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后住院天数(10.35±2.25)d、术后排气时间(2.25±0.59)d短于常规组,术后疼痛评分(1.29±0.25)分低于常规组,术后引流量(154.65±5.29)mL少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.995、10.940、41.230、7.569,P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜全结肠系膜切除术有效应用,可显著改善患者血清指标,有效缩短术后住院时间、术后排气时间,改善疼痛程度,减少术后引流量,可促进结肠癌患者预后水平提升。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic total mesocolic resection in patients with colon cancer.Methods A total of 96 patients with colon cancer who were treated from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected for treatment research, and they were randomly divided into the routine group(completed treatment with open mesocolic excision) and the study group(completed treatment with laparoscopic total mesocolic excision), 48 cases in each group. Serum indexes before and after surgery and postoperative indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, IL-2, CRP, VEGF and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The postoperative hospital stay(10.35±2.25) d, postoperative exhaust time(2.25±0.59) d in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group, the postoperative pain score(1.29±0.25)points was lower than that in the routine group, and the postoperative drainage volume(154.65 ±5.29) mL was less than that of the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.995, 10.940, 41.230, 7.569, P<0.05). Conclusion The effective application of laparoscopic total mesenterectomy can significantly improve patients’ serum indicators, effectively shorten postoperative hospital stay and postoperative exhaust time, improve the degree of pain, reduce postoperative drainage, and promote the prognosis of colon cancer patients.
