思政教育融入《生物技术综合性实验》课程的探索与实践

摘　　要：【目的】通过《生物技术综合性实验》课程思政工作的探索与实践,实现课程的育人功能目标,为相关课程思政建设提供参考。【方法】结合课程目标,修订教学大纲,制定课程思政目标,挖掘课程思政元素,完善教学设计,创新课程思政教学方法,建立适合课程思政教学的考核评价方法等。【结果】通过将思政教育融入《生物技术综合性实验》课程教育中,学生的课程参与度、学术诚信度、创新能力、价值观均显著提升。【结论】将思想政治教育融入《生物技术综合性实验》课程中,有利于提高生物技术专业学生的技能和综合素质,能够更加全面地树立新时代生物技术人才思想进步、专业实践能力扎实的积极形象,更好地满足中国特色社会主义建设对生物技术人才的需求。【Objective】Through the exploration and practice of curriculum ideological and political in the course of Comprehensive Experiment of Biotechnology,the educational function of the course can be realized,and some references can be provided for the ideological and political construction of related courses.【Method】Combining with the curriculum objectives,the syllabus was revised,the curriculum ideological and political goals were formulated,the curriculum ideological and political elements were excavated,the teaching design was improved,the teaching methods of curriculum ideological and political education were innovated,the evaluation methods suitable for curriculum ideological and political education were also established.【Result】By integrating ideological and political education in the course of Comprehensive Experiment of Biotechnology,the students'participation in courses,academic integrity,innovative ability and values were significantly improved.【Conclusion】The curriculum ideological and political education in the course of Comprehensive Experiment of Biotechnology is beneficial to the improvement of biotechnology majors'studeuts'skills,and comprehensive quality,lom prehensively building a positive image of biotechnolo-gy talents of the new era with progressive idea,soliol professional practice ability,and better meeting the requirements of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics for biotechnology talents.
