摘　　要：新媒体作为一种新概念、新技术,应积极引入高校思想政治教育工作中,不断强化学生主体性,拓宽思政教育自由时空,提升思想政治教育吸引力和影响力。但新媒体亦为高校思政教育带来诸多挑战,信息多元化、无序化、学生思想复杂化、新型媒介手段使用难度增大等,需采取转变思政教育理念、创新思政教育内容、改进思政教育方法、加强师资队伍建设、加大教育管理力度等对策,推动高校思想政治教育在新媒体时代的创新和发展。As a new concept and new technology,new media should be actively introduced into the work of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,continuously strengthen the subjectivity of students,broaden the free space and time of ideological and political education,and enhance the attractiveness and influence of ideological and political education.However,new media also bring many challenges to ideological and political education in colleges and universities,such as diversification and disorder of information,complicating students’thinking,and increasing difficulty in using new media means.Countermeasures such as improving ideological and political education methods,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and intensifying education management should be taken to promote the innovation and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new media era.
