高校青年辅导员“PER三位一体”新型工作模式探析

摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育和日常管理的主要力量,青年辅导员又是辅导员这支队伍的生力军。本文基于对一线青年辅导员工作的多维度研究,剖析工作困境,总结工作规律,提出“PER三位一体”的新型工作模式(即Position定位,Efficiency效率,Research研究),旨在提升青年辅导员的职业能力和专业能力。Counselors are the main force to carry out the ideological and political education of college students,and young counselors are the new force of counselors.Based on the multi-dimensional research on the work of front-line young counselors,this paper analyzes the work dilemma,summarizes the work rules,and puts forward a new working mode of“PER trinity”(Position,Efficiency and Research),aiming to improve the occupational and professional competence of young counselors.
