摘　　要：在高职院校里,思想政治理论课发挥着育人功能,是对大学生进行思想教育的“主渠道”。思想政治理论课的教学质量与教师的综合素质具有直接关系,思想政治理论课教师必须具备较高的专业水平,在大数据时代充分发挥信息技术作用,增强教师信息意识,鼓励学生深入学习思想政治理论,成为具有社会主义觉悟的人才。本文主要探讨思想政治理论课教师队伍建设现状,并提出有效的对策,旨在为高职院校立德树人工作打下坚实基础。In higher vocational colleges,ideological and political theory course plays an educational role and is the“main channel”of ideological education for college students.The teaching quality of ideological and political theory course is directly related to the comprehensive quality of teachers.Teachers of ideological and political theory course must have a high professional level,give full play to the role of information technology in the era of big data,enhance teachers’information awareness,encourage students to deeply study ideological and political theory and become talents with socialist consciousness.This paper mainly discusses the current situation of the construction of teachers of Ideological and political theory,and puts forward effective countermeasures,in order to lay a solid foundation for the work of building morality and cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges.
