课程思政背景下高职院校智能制造类专业培育学生职业核心素养的研究

摘　　要：课程思政是当前高校育人的新理念新模式,是当前课程改革的主要内容。职业核心素养是制造类企业为实现智能化升级对人才提出的新要求。如何通过课程思政培养满足企业生产需要的高素质技能人才,是高职院校的首要任务。文章提出了职业核心素养的具体内容,阐述了通过课程思政,实现学生职业道德、职业精神等核心素养培养的意义以及实施的具体策略。Curriculum ideology is a new concept and new model of current college education,and it is the main content of curriculum reform.Professional core literacy is a new requirement for talents put forward by manufacturing enterprises in order to realize intelligent upgrading.How to train high-quality skilled talents to meet the production needs of enterprises through ideological and political courses is the primary task of higher vocational colleges.The paper puts forward the specific content of professional core literacy,expounds the significance of cultivating students’professional core literacy through curriculum ideology and politics,as well as the specific strategies of developing curriculum ideology and politics to cultivate students’professional core literacy.
