《黄帝内经》“至阴”内涵刍议

摘　　要：“至阴”是《黄帝内经》中多次使用的重要术语。《中医大辞典》中列“至阴”义有五:地气;穴位名;农历六月;脾;肾。在地气方面,至阴意为地之宽广无垠;穴位名方面,指经脉最下端、足太阳膀胱经井穴至阴穴;时令方面,至阴指长夏,即农历六月之夏至;五脏方面,一指藏精主水之肾,一指与长夏对应之脾。"Zhiyin"is an important term used many times in Huang Di Nei Jing.In the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine,there are five meanings of"Zhiyin",namely,Earth Qi;name of acupoint;the sixth lunar month;Spleen;Kidney.In terms of Earth Qi,Zhiyin means the vastness of the earth;in terms of acupoint name,it refers to the end of the meridian and the well acupoint of the bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang of Yin acupoint;in terms of seasonality,Zhiyin refers to Changxia,i.e.the summer solstice in the sixth month of the lunar calendar;the five internal organs of Kidney,which stores Essence and controls Water;the last one refers to the Spleen,which corresponds to Zhangxia.
