基于诠释学循环的抵当丸方证研究

摘　　要：基于《伤寒论》原文,对所载方剂的病证脉治、方药组成、煎服方法进行注释性解读,是《伤寒论》经方方证研究的基础。在诠释学理论与方法的指导下,结合《伤寒论》文本特征,通过文本条文内、条文间以及文本间的诠释学循环,对抵当丸与抵当汤的方证,在病证脉治、方药组成、煎服方法三方面进行比较发现,抵当丸脉证表现未见“如狂”“发狂”的神志证候,提示病势缓于抵当汤;抵当丸的“少腹满”也轻于抵当汤的“少腹硬”“少腹硬满”,提示病情轻于抵当汤;在煎服方法上,“煮丸法”也符合“病情较轻,病势较缓”的方证解读;抵当丸与抵当汤在剂量方面尚不能得出统一标准结论,故在基础实验与临床实践研究中,二者需要明确区别。Based on the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,an annotative interpretation of diseases treatment based on syndromes and pulses,the composition of prescriptions as well as the method of decoction preparation,which is believed to be the basis for the research on the prescriptions and syndromes of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Under the guidance of hermeneutic theories and methods,combined with the text characteristics of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,through the hermeneutic cycle within the text,between the provisions and between the texts,the prescription and syndrome of Didang Pill and Didang Decoction,including the treatment of disease,syndrome,and pulse,and the prescription,are analyzed.The composition and decoction methods were compared in three aspects,and it was found that the pulse syndrome of Didang Pill did not show the mental symptoms of"like madness"and"madness",indicating that the disease was less serious than that of Didang Decoction;compared the symptom of"Lower belly being full"of Didang Pill with that of Didang Decoction of"Lower belly being hard"and"Lower belly being hard and full",in was also found that the former is less serious than the latter.In the preparation method of decoction,the"boiling pill method"also conforms to the interpretation of the prescription of"mild disease";However,in terms of dosage,there isn′t a unified standard conclusion in using Didang Pill and Dedang Decoction,so the two need to be clearly distinguished through further basic experiment research and clinical practices.
