复方黄柏口腔护理液体外抑菌及刺激性评价研究

摘　　要：目的评价复方黄柏口腔护理液抑菌及黏膜刺激性。方法采用抑菌环法,以抑菌环大小判断是否具有抑菌能力;采用急性眼刺激试验判断对黏膜是否具有刺激或腐蚀作用。结果复方黄柏口腔护理液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌有抑菌作用,且抑菌作用金黄色葡萄球菌>大肠杆菌>白色念珠菌;对黏膜无刺激性。结论复方黄柏口腔护理液具有良好的抑菌作用,同时无黏膜刺激。Objective To evaluate the bacteriostasis and mucosal irritation of Compound Phellodendri Chinese Cortex Oral Care Liquid.Methods The antibacterial activity of the liquid was investigated by bacteria-inhibiting ring method according to the size of the bacteriostatic rings,and the stimulating and corrosive effect on mucous membranes was detected by acute eye irritation test.Results Compound Phellodendri Chinese Cortex Oral Care Liquid had inhibition effect against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans,and the bacteriostatic effect was Staphylococcus aureus>Escherichia coli>Candida albicans.The liquid was not irritating to mucous membranes.Conclusion Compound Phellodendri Chinese Cortex Oral Care Liquid has good bacteriostatic effect and no mucosal irritation.
