巨和粒漱口液联合康复新液漱口方案防治鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨巨和粒联合康复新液集束化方案防治鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜炎的效果。方法采用前后对照研究方法,将放疗科住院治疗的222例鼻咽癌患者按时间顺序分为对照组和实验组各111例。对照组每日给予常规口腔护理+康复新液漱口方案,实验组在对照组的基础上采用集束化治疗护理方案,观察两组患者口腔黏膜损伤、口干及口咽疼痛情况。结果实验组放射性口腔黏膜炎3~4级的发生率明显少于对照组;实验组口干评分、口咽疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巨和粒漱口液联合康复新液集束化治疗护理方案可减轻鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔黏膜反应,降低了鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎的发生率,显著改善了放疗期间的口干、口咽疼痛情况,减轻患者痛苦,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of cluster treatment program of Juheli Gargle combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on the prevention and treatment of radioactive oral mucositis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods A total of 222 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in radiotherapy department were divided into control group and experimental group,111 cases in each group.The control group was given routine oral care+Kangfuxin Liquid gargle program every day,and the experimental group was given the cluster treatment program on the basis of the control group.The oral mucositis,dry mouth and oropharyngeal pain in the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of radiation oral mucositis with grade 3-4 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Dry mouth score and oropharyngeal pain score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster treatment program of Juheli Gargle combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can be used for the prevention and treatment of oral mucositis caused by radiation in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer by reducing the incidence of oral mucositis,significantly improving the symptoms of dry mouth and oropharyngeal pain during radiotherapy,relieving patients’pain and improving their quality of life.
