摘 要:以中低速磁浮直线感应电机为研究对象,在确保推力、法向力、机械结构等均满足使用要求前提下,提出一种轻量化方法,即利用有限元仿真软件对直线电机进行电磁分析,发现原电机初级铁心轭部利用率较低,通过改进其轭部结构实现电机减重,轻量化后的直线电机相较改进前初级铁心轭部利用率提高50%,重量减轻22.5%。On the premise of ensuring that the thrust,normal force and mechanical structure meet the operating requirements,this paper takes the medium-and low-speed maglev linear induction motor as a research object to propose a lightweighting method,i.e.the linear motor is electromagnetically analyzed by finite-element simulation software.It is found out that the utilization rate of the primary iron core yoke of the original motor is lower.The yoke structure is improved to reduce weight of the motor.The yoke utilization rate of primary iron core of the lightweighted linear motor is increased by 50% and the weight is reduced by 22.5 % compared with the linear motor before improving.
