摘 要:双向加载式汽车桥壳疲劳试验机和目前普遍应用的单向加载式桥壳疲劳试验机相比较,前者能够更真实地反映桥壳在汽车运动过程中的受力情况,因此设计了一款双向加载式汽车桥壳疲劳试验机。以13 t的货车桥壳为研究对象,通过分析汽车不同工况下桥壳的受力情况,确定了试验机的整体结构;应用CATIA建立试验机的三维模型,并通过ABAQUS对试验机的关键零部件进行有限元仿真,验证了这款双向加载式汽车桥壳疲劳试验机结构的可靠性。Compared with the present commonly-used unidirectional loading axle housing fatigue-testing machine,the bidirectional one can truly reflect the stress of the axle housing during the the automobile’s movement.In this paper,a bidirectional loading fatigue-testing machine for automobile axle housing is designed.With 13 t truck axle housing as an example,the overall structure is determined by analyzing the stress of axle housing under different working conditions;The three-dimensional model of the machine is established with CATIA,and the key components are simulated with finite element by ABAQUS.In this way,the reliability of this machine has been verified.
