摘  要:种植体与颌骨形成微动摩擦副,周期生理载荷导致种植体-颌骨界面产生微动损伤,当前研究评价指标不能充分反映种植体-颌骨界面微动损伤情况.该文采用数值方法探讨多指标评价过盈植入对种植体-颌骨界面微动损伤的影响.通过显微CT获取颌骨断层影像,用Mimics、Solid Works等软件建立颌骨、种植体三维模型,ANSYS Workbench建立种植体-颌骨界面接触有限元模型,分析典型咀嚼生理工况下不同过盈量植入时对种植体-颌骨界面的动度、接触压力、摩擦剪切力、骨质应力等影响规律.皮质骨和松质骨部位界面的微动度在负载工况下均呈现出随着过盈量的增加逐渐减小的趋势;皮质骨部位界面接触压力倾斜载荷工况下基本保持不变,其他工况随着过盈量的增加而升高;松质骨部位界面接触压力在零载荷工况下随着过盈量增加而升高,负载工况下随着过盈量的增加先是下降而后缓慢升高;两种骨质部位界面摩擦剪切力在负载工况下与界面接触压力趋势基本一致;界面骨质米塞斯应力趋势与界面接触压力趋势基本一致.负载工况种植体植入时,过盈量增加,微动度降低,利于近期骨结合;种植体-颌骨界面接触力(包括接触压力和摩擦剪切力)和界面骨质米塞斯应力除与过盈量有关外,还与载荷工况及骨质密切相关,部分指标参数不能充分评价种植体-颌骨界面的微动损伤情况.种植体植入时应充分考虑微动损伤不同表征参数对骨结合的影响.The dental implant and jawbone compose a fretting friction pair,and periodic physiological loading causes fretting damage of implant-bone interface.The valuation index of current research do not fully reflect fretting damage at the dental implant-jawbone interface.In this paper,the influence of interference implantation on the fretting damage of implant-jawbone interface was studied through multi-index evaluation by numerical method.The images of jawbone were obtained by micr-computed tomography,three dimensional models of jawbone and implant were created using Mimics software,Solid works software and etc.And then the finite element model of implant-jawbone interface was established by ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the effects of differential interference on micromotion,contact pressure and friction shear stress and etc of implant-jawbone interface under typical masticatory loads in normal physiological conditions.Micromotion at the cortical and cancellous bone of dental implantt-jawbone interface decreased with the increase of interference under load condition;contact pressure at the cortical bone of dental implant-jawbone interface basically remained unchanged under inclined load condition and increased with the increase of interference under other loads condition;the contact pressure at the cancellous bone of dental implant-jawbone interface increased with the increase of interference under no load condition,and decreased at first and then increased slowly with the increase of interference under load condition;the trend of friction shear stress at two kinds of bone of dental implant-jawbone interface was basically consistent with that of contact pressure under load condition;the trend of Mises stress of bone at dental implant-jawbone interface was basically consistent with that of contact pressure.During the process of implantation under load condition,the interference increased and the micromotion decreased,which was beneficial to recent osseointegration.The contact stress(including contact pressure and
