摘 要:为加快智能矿山建设,针对煤矿带式输送机、水泵房等重要设备监测中存在的问题,建立了煤矿智能监测和识别系统,介绍了其组成和实现功能。由于煤矿的低照明和低对比度,从视频监控系统捕获的图像有时不太清晰,针对煤矿的特殊环境,提出了一种图像增强的方法。该方法首先通过中值滤波降低了以煤矿噪声为主的脉冲噪声,然后改进了自适应直方图均衡,大大提高了对比度和照度。实验结果表明,该方法能有效地提高井下图像的质量。煤矿监控系统集成了数据采集、视频监控、智能分析和故障报警等功能,智能监控了井下生产现场和大型设备,实现了无人值守操作,为数字矿山建设提供了强有力的支持。In order to speed up the construction of intelligent mine,aiming at the problems existing in the monitoring of important equipment such as coal mine belt conveyor and water pump room,a coal mine intelligent monitoring and identification system is established,and its composition and functions are introduced.Due to the low lighting and low contrast of coal mine,the image captured from video monitoring system is sometimes not clear.According to the special environment of coal mine,an image enhancement method is proposed.Firstly,the impulse noise dominated by coal mine noise is reduced by median filter,and then the adaptive histogram equalization is improved to greatly improve the contrast and illumination.Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the quality of downhole image.The coal mine monitoring system integrates the functions of data acquisition,video monitoring,intelligent analysis and fault alarm,intelligently monitors the underground production site and large equipment,realizes unattended operation,and provides strong support for the construction of digital mine.
