我国就业人员受教育程度的差异分析

摘　　要：根据《2019中国人口和就业统计年鉴》以及其他相关数据,分析我国就业人员受教育程度的年龄差异和地区差异。结果表明:我国就业人员受教育程度不断提高的同时,各年龄段就业人员在未上过学、小学、初中、高中、大学等各级受教育程度中均表现出不均衡;另外,就业人员在平均受教育年限和各级受教育程度比重方面也表现出显著的地区差异。According to the"China Population and Employment Statistics Yearbook 2019"and other related data,the article analyzes the age difference and regional difference of the educational attainments of employed persons.The results show that while three educational attainments of employees continue to increase,employees of all ages are unbalanced at all levels of education such as no schooling,primary school,junior secondary school,senior secondary school,and higher education.In addition,employed persons also show significant regional differences in terms of average years of education and the proportion of educational attainments at all levels.
