摘　　要：安全工器具的预防性试验是判断其是否处于健康状态的重要手段,而检验检测机构的规范运作则是确保试验有效的前提。通过阐述安全工器具预防性试验体系建设的意义和资质分类,厘清体系与资质的关系,阐明开展安全工器具预防性试验要不要资质,以及需要什么资质的问题。Preventive test is an important means for judging whether safety tools and devices are in health, while the standardized operation for an inspection and testing organization is the premise to guarantee the preventive tests effective. By expounding the meaning of instructing the system and the classification of qualification, the relationship of system and classification is clarified, and the questions are answered whether a qualification is needed in performing preventive tests for safety tools and devices and what kind of qualification should be granted to the preventive tests.
