摘　　要：目的探讨质量控制对免疫组化病理技术制片质量的影响,以期为临床免疫组化病理检验工作及相关研究提供参考。方法以登封市人民医院病理科2019年9月至2020年9月获取的120例肺部组织标本作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分成传统组(60例)和质控组(60例),分别采用传统方法、免疫组化病理技术制片质量控制方法制作病理组织切片。比较两组制片质量、确诊率、制片时间和出报告时间。结果质控组制片优良率(98.33%)较传统组(85.00%)高(P<0.05)。质控组确诊率(98.33%)较传统组(86.67%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。质控组制片时间、出报告时间与传统组比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良制片结果发生率比较,质控组明显低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组检验人员自我满意度评分相比,质控组评分明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在免疫组化病理技术制片中质量控制的运用,可提升制片质量及确诊率,且不会延长制片时间和出报告时间。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control on the quality of production in immunohistochemical pathology technology,in order to provide reference for clinical immunohistochemical pathological examination and related research.Methods A total of 120 lung tissue specimens obtained from the department of pathology,Dengfeng People’s Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a traditional group(60 cases)and a quality control group(60 cases)according to the random touch-ball method,respectively,using traditional methods and the quality control method of production in immunohistochemical pathological technique to make pathological tissue sections.The production quality,diagnosis rate,production time and reporting time of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate in the quality control group(98.33%)was higher than that in the traditional group(85.00%)(P<0.05).The diagnosis rate of the quality control group(98.33%)was higher than that of the traditional group(86.67%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the quality control group and the traditional group in the production time and reporting time(P>0.05).Comparing the incidence of bad tableting results between the two groups,the quality control group was significantly lower than the traditional group(P<0.05).Compared with the self-satisfaction scores of the two groups of inspectors,the scores of the quality control group were significantly higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control of production in immunohistochemical pathology technology can improve the production quality and diagnosis rate,and will not prolong the production time and report time.
