天丹通络胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗对脑梗死恢复期患者临床疗效、神经细胞因子及炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死(CI)恢复期患者给予天丹通络胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗对临床疗效、神经细胞因子及炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月夏邑县中医院治疗的CI恢复期患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(45例)和对照组(45例),对照组给予依达拉奉治疗,研究组给予天丹通络胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、神经细胞因子、炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果研究组治疗有效率较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后神经营养因子(NTF)水平明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组NTF水平较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NSE、BDNF水平明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组水平较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CI恢复期患者给予天丹通络胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善神经细胞因子及炎性因子水平,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of Tiandantongluo capsule combined with edaravone on clinical efficacy,neurocytokines and inflammatory factor levels in patients with cerebral infarction(CI)in the convalescent stage.Methods A total of 90 patients with convalescent CI who were treated in Xiayi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the study group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was given edaravone treatment,and the study group was given Tiandantongluo capsule combined with edaravone treatment.The clinical efficacy,neurocytokines,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The levels of neurotrophic factor(NTF)in the two groups after treatment were significantly increased(P<0.05),the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were significantly decreased(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the NTF levels in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the levels of NSE and BDNF were significantly lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the levels in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tiandantongluo capsule combined with edaravone can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the levels of neurocytokines and inflammatory factors in patients with CI in the convalescent stage,with high safety.
