护理专业实习生职业暴露与职业安全防护分析

摘　　要：目的:分析护理专业实习生职业暴露与职业安全防护。方法:此次研究入选对象均为2019-2020年在德阳市人民医院实习的本专科学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,对其实习期间职业暴露以及职业防护情况进行对比分析。结果:此次共计发出问卷200份,收回有效问卷195份,其中本科生调查问卷收回78份,专科生调查问卷收回117份。对比本科生和专科生职业暴露和职业防护情况。结果:本专科实习生刀片伤发生率以及其他伤(负重伤、温度性损伤、噪声等)发生率相对较低;专科生辐射接触发生率、身体暴力、心理暴力发生率均较本科生高。本科生正确洗手、职业防护知识、戴手套、戴口罩、锐器伤处理流程等方面均优于专科生,而本专科生乙肝疫苗接种率均不高。结论:护理实习生的职业暴露概率高于其他临床医护人员,原因是护理专业实习生在实习期间,缺乏自我防护意识,并对职业暴露的认知程度不高,因此,临床应该加强管理质量,强化安全教育工作,确保护理实习生的安全。Objective:To analyze the occupational exposure and occupational safety protection of nursing interns.Methods:The included subjects of this study were undergraduates and junior college students who practiced in People's Hospital of Deyang City from 2019 to 2020,and the occupational exposure and occupational protection during their internship were compared and analyzed by means of questionnaire.Results:There were 200 questionnaires distributed and 195 valid questionnaires were recovered,including 78 questionnaires for undergraduates and 117 questionnaires for junior college students.The occupational exposure and occupational protection between undergraduates and junior college students were compared.The incidence of blade injury and other injuries(serious injury,temperature injury,high noise,etc.)of interns was relatively low in both undergraduates and junior college students;The incidences of radiation exposure,physical violence and psychological violence in junior college students were higher than those in undergraduates.In the processes of correct hand washing,occupational protection knowledge,wearing gloves,wearing masks,and treatment of sharp instrument injuries,undergraduates were better than junior college students,while the vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine was not high in both undergraduates and junior college students.Conclusion:Nursing interns have a higher occupational exposure probability than other clinical medical staff,the reason is as follows:during the internship,nursing interns lack self-protection awareness,and the awareness of occupational exposure is not high,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management quality and enhance safety education work in clinical practice,so as to ensure the safety of nursing interns.
