基层卫生人员培训模式的创新分析

摘　　要：目的:对基层卫生人员培训模式的创新分析。方法:选取2021年1-12月宁乡市人民医院的基层卫生人员,随机抽取100名进行相关调查。按照随机抽样分组法将所有研究对象分为对照组和试验组。对照组50名基层卫生人员应用传统培训模式进行培训,试验组50名基层卫生人员应用创新型培训模式进行培训。分析不同组别基层卫生人员进行培训后的专业考核成绩、工作能力和培训满意度。结果:在对基层卫生人员进行培训后,试验组专业考核成绩优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疾病诊治能力、护理服务能力、应急处理能力和言语沟通能力评分高于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组培训满意度高于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对基层卫生人员进行培训时,使用创新型培训模式进行培训能够提升研究对象专业水平,锻炼其工作能力,提高培训满意度,建议为基层卫生人员培训时应用。Objective:To analyze the innovation of training mode of primary health personnel.Methods:From January to December in 2021,100 primary health personnel in People's Hospital of Ningxiang were randomly selected for the relevant investigation.All enrolled subjects were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random sampling grouping method.Fifty primary health personnel in the control group were trained using the traditional training mode,while 50 primary health personnel in the experimental group were trained using the innovative training mode.The professional assessment results,work ability and training satisfaction of primary health personnel in different groups after training were analyzed.Results:After the training of primary health personnel,the professional assessment results in experimental group were better than those in control group,and the differences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of disease diagnosis and treatment ability,nursing service ability,emergency handling ability and verbal communication ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using innovative training mode in the training of primary health personnel can improve the professional level of subjects,exercise the working ability,and increase training satisfaction.It is recommended to be applied in the training of primary health personnel.
