摘 要:加快推进潜艇结构应用复合材料等新材料技术,是潜艇隐身设计实现中高航速流激噪声降低、结构减重以及结构功能一体化的迫切需求。已有大量文献对新材料技术相关的材料配方、结构设计、成型工艺等进行了研究,但系统、全面的分析新材料在潜艇结构中的应用及发展趋势的文献较少。本文在分析潜艇隐身设计对结构新材料应用的军事需求基础上,梳理了国外舰艇(特别是潜艇)在结构新材料应用方面的先进经验,分析了潜艇结构新材料发展趋势,对于推进新材料技术应用创新提升潜艇隐身性能具有重要意义。Accelerating the application of new materials such as composite material in submarine structure, which is the pressing needs of submarine stealth design that realizes high speed noise reduction, structure weight loss and integration of structure and function. A large number of literatures have studied the material formulation, structural design and forming process related to the new material, but few literatures systematically and comprehensively analyzed the application and development of the new material in submarine structure. Based on the analysis of the military requirements of submarine stealth design for the application of new structural materials, this paper teases out advanced experience of foreign ships(especially submarine) in the application of new structural materials, and analyzes the development trend of new structural materials for submarines, which is of great significance for promoting the application and innovation of new materials technology to improve the stealth performance of submarines.
