摘  要:目的 用人肺癌细胞株(H460)、小鼠黑色素瘤细胞株(B16F10)、人宫颈癌细胞株(HeLa)、人乳腺癌细胞株(MCF-7),考察17种植物对肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法 对17种植物分别采用加热回流法和冷浸法进行提取,得34种植物提取物;以四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法测定它们对上述4种癌细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果 山楝茎皮、小罗伞和岗稔根的加热回流提取物及银背藤、小罗伞和粉枝莓的冷浸提取物对B16F10细胞增殖IC_(50)值均<20 mg/ml;小罗伞冷浸提取物和加热回流提取物对H460、HeLa和MCF-7细胞增殖的IC_(50)值均<20 mg/ml。结论 小罗伞对4种肿瘤细胞的增殖均具有明显的抑制作用,山楝茎皮、粉枝莓、岗稔根对B16F10细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用。Objective To study the effects of seventeen plants on proliferation activity of tumor cells,including human lung cancer cell line(H460),murine melanoma B16F10 cell line(B16F10),human cervical cancer cell line(HeLa)and human breast cancer cell line(MCF-7). Methods Thirty-four types of plant extracts were obtained from seventeen plants via heating reflux and cold soak,respectively. The MTT method was used to determine the proliferation inhibition of these plant extracts on above-mentioned four types of tumor cells. Results The heating reflux extracts of stem barks of Aphanamixis polystachy,Ardisia punctata Lindl. and Radix Rhodomyrti,as well as the cold soak extracts of Argyreia obtusifolia Lour.,Ardisia punctata Lindl. and Rubus biflorus had significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of B16F10 cells(IC_(50)<20μg/ml).In addition,the cold soak extract and heating reflux extract of A.punctata inhibited the proliferation of H460,HeLa and MCF-7 cells with IC_(50)<20μg/ml. Conclusion A.punctata has potent proliferation inhibition against four kinds of tumor cells in vitro. Stem barks of A.polystachy,Radix Rhodomyrti and R.biflorus have potent antitumor activity against B16F10cells in vitro.
