摘 要:目的:为分析评价不同种源和规格对浙贝母中矿质元素和总生物碱含量的影响。方法:通过微波消解、原子荧光光谱和电感耦合等离子体质谱方法测定了浙贝母中23种矿质元素,运用多重比较和因子分析对其进行了综合评价,同时采用高效液相色谱法测定了浙贝母总生物碱含量。结果:12种矿质元素含量在4个种源地浙贝母中差异显著(P<0.05),宁波种源浙贝母镁、锰、铁、镉和稀土元素平均含量最高,南通种源浙贝母钼元素平均含量最高,奉节种源浙贝母中铅和钴元素平均含量最高;江苏南通和浙江磐安产浙贝母药材的钙、钼元素的含量较高;种源规格越大,浙贝母矿质元素含量越高;重庆奉节与浙江宁波种源浙贝母药材中的镉元素含量超出标准限量;浙贝母对镁、磷、钾、镉、铜元素表现出较强的富集作用(EC>1)。结论:不同种源浙贝母生物碱含量差异显著,江苏南通种源浙贝母总生物碱含量最高,种源规格越大,浙贝母总生物碱含量越高;浙贝母总生物碱含量与硼和钼含量具有显著的正相关关系。因此,在今后浙贝母引种栽培时,可优先引种江苏南通种源。同时,在浙贝母的栽培过程中,注意微量必需营养元素硼和钼的施用。Objective:In order to analyze and evaluate the effects of different provenances and stem size on the content of mineral elements and total alkaloids in Fritillaria Thunbergii Mig.Methods:The 23 kinds of mineral elements in F.thunbergii were determined by microwave digestion,atomic fluorescence spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and they were comprehensively evaluated using multiple comparisons and factor analysis,at the same time,the content of total alkaloids in F.thunbergii was measured by HPLC.Results:The contents of 12 mineral elements in 4 F.thunbergii provenances were significantly different(P<0.05),the average content of Mg,Mn,Fe,Cd and rare earth elements in F.thunbergii from Ningbo provenance was the highest,the average Mo content of New F.thunbergii from Nantong provenances was the highest.The average contents of Pb and Co in Fengjie were highest,the content of Ca and Mo elements in F.thunbergii medicinal material produced in Pan’an,Zhejiang was relatively high.The larger the seed stem,the higher the mineral element content of F.thunbergii.The content of Cd in F.thunbergii from Fengjie in Chongqing and Ningbo in Zhejiang exceeded the standard limit.F.thunbergii showed strong enrichment of Mg,P,K,Cd and Cu elements(EC>1).Conclusion:The new F.thunbergii from Nantong provenance had the highest total alkaloid content.The seed stem was larger,the total alkaloid content of F.thunbergii was higher,the total alkaloid content of F.thunbergii had a significant positive correlation with the content of B and Mo.Therefore,when F.thunbergii was introduced and cultivated in the future,the provenance of Nantong in Jiangsu province can be prefered.Meanwhile,in the cultivation of F.thunbergii,attention should be paid to the application of trace essential nutrients B and Mo.
