摘 要:黄酮类化合物作为植物和真菌中的一类重要的次生代谢产物,具有多种生理活性,在医药与食品行业应用前景广阔。现有的黄酮类化合物生产工艺复杂、产品效价与收率低,且伴随有害物质生成,无法满足市场需求。微生物合成黄酮类化合物具有生产周期短、产率高绿色环保、可大规模生产等特点,是一种可持续的替代方法。综述了近年来黄酮类化合物在大肠杆菌与酿酒酵母中合成途径构建与优化策略的研究进展,以期为实现黄酮类化合物工业化生产提供参考。As a kind of important secondary metabolite found in plants and fungi,flavonoids have a variety of biological activities and broad application prospects in medicine and food.Existing production methods of flavonoid are complex,with low product titer and yield,and accompanied by the generation of harmful substances,cannot meet the market demand.Microbial synthetic of flavonoids has the characteristics of short production cycle,high yield,environmental protection and large-scale production,which is a sustainable alternative method.In this paper,the research progress of flavonoid synthesis pathway construction and optimization strategy in Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae in recent years was reviewed in order to provide reference for industrial production of flavonoid.
