摘　　要：要研究绿色金融的内涵及其对经济发展的影响,应回归到金融本质。近年来,中国绿色金融取得了长足发展,研究成果颇丰,但目前中国少有文献从理论角度分析绿色金融的内涵及影响经济发展的作用机理。为拓展该领域的研究,通过探究绿色金融与经济发展之间的理论属性和影响关系,发现绿色金融是对传统金融的结构性补充和功能效率的提升,推动了传统金融结构的“专属化”;同时经由经济增长的内生及外生变量影响了总需求和总供给。因此,建议以“五大要素”为抓手,以“三大方向”为重点,以“两大支柱”为依托,夯实绿色金融推动经济发展的体系基础。Returning to the essence of finance helps study the connotation of green finance and its impact on economic development.Recently,Chinese green finance has made great progress,and the research results are quite abundant.However,there are few Chinese literatures analyzing the connotation of green finance and the mechanism that affects economic development from a theoretical perspective.This paper explores the theoretical attributes and influence relationship between green finance and economic development.This paper finds that green finance is a structural supplement to traditional finance and an improvement in functional efficiency,and promotes the“exclusiveness”of the traditional financial structure.Meanwhile,it affects the total demand and total supply through endogenous and exogenous variables that affect economic growth.Therefore,it is recommended to take the“five elements”as the starting point,focus on the“three directions”,and rely on the“two pillars”to consolidate the system foundation for green finance to promote economic development.
