摘　　要：目的观察艾盐包热熨足阳明胃经下合穴减轻溃疡性结肠炎腹泻的疗效,为临床治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供一种安全有效的护理。方法选取浙江省中医院2018年8月~2019年8月100例脾胃虚弱型溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组仅采用口服美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗及常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础上,采用艾盐包热熨穴位护理,1个月后评价治疗后腹泻次数及性状变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率达到92.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理满意度为92.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。结论艾盐包热熨足阳明胃经下合穴能减轻溃疡性结肠炎腹泻症状,提高患者生活质量,具有一定的推广价值。Objective To observe the efficacy of hot ironing of moxa-salt pack on the lower He-Sea acupoint of Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming to relieve diarrhea in ulcerative colitis,and provide a safe and effective care for the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with ulcerative colitis of the deficiency of spleen and stomach admitted to Zhejiang Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with oral mesalazine sustained release granules and conventional care,while the observation group was treated with hot ironing acupoints care with moxa-salt pack on the basis of the same treatment as the control group.After one month,the treatment efficacy,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in terms of adverse reactions in two groups(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of 78.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The hot ironing of moxa-salt pack on the lower He-Sea acupoint of Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming can relieve the diarrhea symptom in patients with ulcerative colitis and improve the quality of life of patients,which has certain promotion value.
