摘　　要：目的 探讨糖尿病对白内障患者术后临床疗效的影响。方法 选取深圳市龙岗中心医院2020年1月至2021年1月收治的100例2型糖尿病并年龄相关性白内障患者为观察组,另选同期无糖尿病的100例年龄相关性白内障患者为对照组,两组患者的一只眼接受白内障超声乳化手术治疗,另一只眼未接受该手术治疗,测定并比较两组患者视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度差异。结果 术前两组患者的最佳矫正视力、裸眼远视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度数值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1周、术后1、3、6个月各组手术眼视力均较术前提高,且观察组各时间段的手术眼最佳矫正视力、裸眼远视力均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组各时间段手术眼黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度较术前增加且均大于对照组手术眼,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组手术眼及两组未手术眼间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化手术后黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度明显增加,视力改善效果下降,需引起临床足够的重视。Objective To explore the effect of diabetes mellitus on the clinical efficacy of cataract patients after the surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with age-related cataract treated in Longgang District Central Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group, and another 100 age-related cataract patients without diabetes in the same period were selected as the control group. One eye of patients in the two groups received cataract phacoemulsification and the other did not. The differences of visual acuity and macular fovea retinal thickness between the two groups were measured and compared. Results There were no significant differences in best corrected visual acuity, uncorrected distant visual acuity and retinal thickness of macular fovea between the two groups before operation(P>0.05). The visual acuity in 1 week, 1 month, 3months and 6 months after operation in each group were higher than those before operation, and the best corrected visual acuity and uncorrected distant visual acuity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The retinal thickness of fovea macula in the observation group was higher than that before operation and was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the operated eyes in the control group and the non-operated eyes in the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The retinal thickness of macular fovea is significantly increased and the visual acuity is decreased in diabetic patients after phacoemulsification, which should be paid enough attention in clinical practice.
