冰刺瓜液联合康复新液含漱在防治放射性口腔炎中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨冰刺瓜液联合康复新液含漱在防治放射性口腔炎中的应用效果。方法 选择丽水市人民医院2018年1月至2020年12月放疗科收治的鼻咽癌行根治性放射治疗患者59例为研究对象,采用随机信封法分为对照组(n=29)与观察组(n=30),两组均给予常规口腔护理,对照组联合康复新液含漱,观察组在对照组基础上联合冰刺瓜液含漱。比较两组患者首次放射性口腔炎发生时间、放射性口腔炎发生率、累积辐射剂量、放射性口腔炎严重程度、口咽部疼痛程度及副作用发生情况。结果 观察组首次放射性口腔炎发生时间晚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组放射性口腔炎发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组发生各级放射性口腔炎的平均累积辐射剂量高于对照组,放射性口腔炎严重程度轻于对照组,口咽部数字评定量表(NRS)疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组副作用发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冰刺瓜液联合康复新液含漱在防治放射性口腔炎中的效果优于单用康复新液,可延迟放射性口腔炎发生时间,减轻严重程度与疼痛程度,降低副作用发生率。Objective To Explore the application effect of gargling with ice teaselgourd liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid in prevention and treatment of radioactive stomatitis. Methods A total of 59 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radical radiotherapy in the Department of Radiotherapy of Lishui People′s Hospital from January 2018to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=29) and the observation group(n=30) by the random envelope method. Both groups were given routine oral care. The control group was combined with gargling with Kangfuxin liquid, and the observation group was combined with gargling with ice teaselgourd liquid on the basis of the control group. The occurrence time of the first radiation stomatitis, the incidence of radiation stomatitis,the cumulative radiation dose, the severity of radiation stomatitis,the pain degree of oropharynx and the occurrence of side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The occurrence time of the first radiation stomatitis in the observation group was later than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the incidence of radioactive stomatitis between the two groups(P >0.05).The average cumulative radiation dose of all levels of radiation stomatitis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the severity of radiation stomatitis was less than that in the control group;the pain score of the Oropharyngeal Numerical Rating Scale(NRS) was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001). The incidence of side effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of radioactive stomatitis, the effect of ice teaselgourd liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid with gargling is better than that of Kangfuxin liquid alone.
