国外职业教育国际化的多元主体协同机制研究——基于美、德、澳的启示

摘  要:美国、德国和澳大利亚早前已实现多元主体参与职业教育国际化建设,形成了协同机制,并积累了较为成熟的经验。我国在实现多元主体协同推进职业教育国际化过程中,应借鉴国外先进经验,在政府引导下逐步实现主体多元化,完善法律法规,使合作日趋规范并通过建立协调机制推动合作的持续发展。The United States, Germany and Australia have earlier realized multiple subjects to participate in the internationalization of vocational education, formed a cooperative mechanism, and accumulated more mature experience. By learning from the advanced experience of those foreign countries, in the process of realizing diversified subjects to promote the internationalization of vocational education, China must first gradually realize the diversification of subjects under the guidance of the government, improve laws and regulations to make cooperation increasingly standardized, and promote the sustainable development of cooperation through the establishment of a coordination mechanism.
