摘  要:当前,我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利,面向“后脱贫时代”,高校资助应当从保障型资助向发展型资助转变。贫困生认定是资助工作的首要环节,针对高校资助多存在重物质保障轻育人的问题,从发展型资助视角,将育人理念融入贫困生认定过程,把受助学生的义务工作考核、学业成绩及在校行为表现作为后续学年困难认定的主要指标,实现资助和育人有机结合,提高贫困生认定精准度,提升资助育人成效。At present, the fight against poverty has obtained the all-round victory in China. Facing the“post-poverty alleviation era”, the funding to poverty-stricken students should be transformed from guarantee funding to development funding. Poverty-stricken student identification is the primary task of precise funding.Aiming at the problem of paying more attention to materials and neglecting education in university and college funding, based on the perspective of development funding, this paper suggests integrating the concept of educating people into the process of identifying poverty-stricken students, and take the volunteer work assessment, academic performance and behavior performance in school of the aided students as the main indicators for the identification in the subsequent school year in order to realize the organic combination of funding and educating people, improve the accuracy of identifying poverty-stricken students, and improve the effectiveness of educating people through funding.
