采用Thibos向量分析法研究幼儿先天性白内障术后无晶状体眼的角膜散光和屈光散光

摘　　要：研究了幼儿先天性白内障术后无晶状体眼的角膜散光与屈光散光的关系。通过分析术后无晶状体眼幼儿的检影验光与角膜曲率的测量结果,使用Thibos向量分析使之成为J_(0)和J_(45)分向量,再对角膜散光和整眼屈光散光的向量组进行回归分析,发现纳入研究的55只眼(30个幼儿)的整眼屈光散光和角膜散光的结果(平均值±标准差)分别为(-1.35±0.73) D和(-1.96±0.92) D,相应的轴位为(125.18°±63.97°)和(120.78°±62.75°),整眼屈光散光向量组(RJ_(0),RJ;)与角膜散光向量组(CJ_(0),CJ_(45))有显著的回归关系。因而,可以通过Thibos向量分析法,用角膜散光来预测整眼的屈光散光。This paper studied the relationship between corneal astigmatism and refractive astigmatism in paediatric aphakia after congenital cataract surgery. A retrospective review of the medical records of paediatric patients with aphakia was conducted.The corneal curvature and optometry were measured in aphakia children after congenital cataract surgery. Thibos vector analysis was used to make it into J;and J;vectors, and then performed a linear regression of refractive astigmatic error on corneal astigmatism. A total of 55 eyes(30 patients) were analysed. The astigmatism in paediatricaphakia(mean±standard deviation) were determined using retinoscopy(-1.35±0.73) D, automatic refractometry(-1.96±0.92) D, and the axial was(125.18°±63.97°),(120.78°±62.75°), respectively. The regression relationship between refractive astigmatism(R) and corneal astigmatism(C) in J;group and J;group was statistically significant. So corneal astigmatism can be used to predict the refractive astigmatism of aphakia children.
