中国城乡人居环境与经济协调发展的时空演变研究

摘　　要：通过构建城乡人居环境与经济协调发展评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型对2007—2017年全国30个省份的城乡人居环境和经济发展协调度进行测度,揭示了其空间分布特征及时序演化规律。结果表明:城乡人居环境与经济协调发展省际差距悬殊,地域差异显著;协调度高值地区和低值地区分别在空间上集聚,总体呈现东部地区>东北地区>中部地区>西部地区的状态;城乡人居环境均衡指数的时间波动明显,各地区都经历了上升—下降—小幅波动的过程;城乡经济发展均衡指数的区域差距明显,西部地区远远落后于中东部地区。在此基础上,提出了加强乡村人居环境建设、重点支持西部地区城乡协调发展、以绿色发展推动城乡融合的政策建议。This paper constructed the evaluation index system and measured the coordination degree of urban and rural human settlements and economic development of 30 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)in China from 2007 to 2017 by the coupling coordination degree model.The results show that the coordination degree has a large inter-provincial gap and significant regional differences.Regions with high and low levels of coordination degree are clustered spatially,and the overall situation is eastern region>northeast region>central region>western region.The temporal fluctuations of the urban and rural human settlements equilibrium index is obvious,and all regions have experienced a process of rising-declining-small fluctuations.The regional variance of the urban-rural economic development equilibrium index is obvious,and the western region lags far behind the central and eastern regions.On this basis,policy recommendations were put forward to promote the integration of urban and rural areas in China,such as strengthening the construction of rural human settlements,supporting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in the western region,and promoting the green development of urban and rural areas.
