摘 要:随着人们对自身健康重视程度的提高,食品安全也受到了广泛关注,绿色、无公害的农产品已成为人们餐桌上的首选,农产品农药残留检测工作也因此愈发重要。本文阐述了农产品农药残留产生的原因及主要的检测技术,分析了农产品农药残留检测工作存在的问题,并提出了优化措施,以期能有效应对农产品安全质量方面的新挑战。With the improvement of people’s attention to their own health,food safety has also received extensive attention.Green and pollution-free agricultural products have become the first choice on people’s table,and the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products is becoming more and more important.This paper expounds the causes and main detection technologies of pesticide residues in agricultural products,analyzes the problems existing in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products,and puts forward optimization measures in order to effectively deal with the new challenges in the safety and quality of agricultural products.
