摘  要:目的对近年来国内外就铁死亡在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)及其耐药中的研究现状与进展的文献进行总结,旨在为HCC的治疗提供方向与思路。方法复习近年来国内外针对铁死亡在HCC及其耐药中的研究并进行综述。结果铁死亡在HCC发生发展及耐药中的机制十分复杂,涉及多种蛋白及分子通路作用。铁死亡在改善HCC化学治疗及索拉非尼耐药中具有重要作用,其在HCC中具有广阔的应用前景。结论铁死亡在HCC及其耐药中的分子机制尚未完全阐明,通过对铁死亡在HCC中作用机制的深入研究,可以为HCC提供新的分子治疗靶点。铁死亡在HCC的治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To summarize the papers about the research status and prospects of ferroptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its drug resistance in recent years in order to provide directions and ideas for the treatment of HCC.Method The relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years about ferroptosis in HCC and its drug resistance were reviewed.Results The mechanism of ferroptosis in the development and drug resistance of HCC was complicated,involving multiple protein and molecular pathways.Ferroptosis played an important role in improving chemotherapy and sorafenib resistance,and it had a broad application prospect in HCC.Conclusions The molecular mechanism of ferroptosis in HCC and its drug resistance has not been fully elucidated.Further research on the mechanism of ferroptosis in HCC may provide new molecular therapeutic targets for HCC.Ferroptosis has a broad application prospect in the treatment of HCC.
