摘　　要：就业观是人生观在职业方面的反映,直接影响到青年的未来发展。就业观会随着社会的发展和时代变迁不断发生变化,2018年日本《儿童、青年白皮》反映了日本青年就业观的最新现状。通过对日本青年就业观的系统整理、分析,探讨日本消除青年就业迷茫、促进青年就业的有益举措,可以为我国青年职业发展援助提供有益启示。The employment concept is a reflection of life outlook in terms of career,which directly affects the future development of youth.The concept of employment is changing with the development of society and the change of times.In 2018,Japan’s " Children and Youth White Paper" reflects the latest status of Japan’s youth employment concept.Through the systematic collation and analysis of Japan’s youth employment concept,this paper discusses Japan’s beneficial measures to eliminate youth employment confusion and promote youth employment,which can provide beneficial enlightenment for China’s youth career development assistance.
