表面改性对SiC料浆注浆成形性能影响的研究

摘  要:笔者主要研究了表面改性对注浆成形SiC料浆固相含量、流变性和成形坯体密度与结构的影响,并进行机理分析。结果表明:表面改性对注浆成形SiC料浆的固相含量和粘度及成形坯体密度与结构均有较大影响,并制备出粘度较低、流动性较好、固相含量为73 vol%的注浆成形料浆,成形坯体密度达到2.698 g/cm^(3),且SEM显示坯体结构均匀。研究表明:改性剂与分散剂的良好作用能大大地改善粉体的分散性,从而提高料浆成形性能。In this study,they were researched that solid loading and rheologyh of SiC slurry,density and structure of slip casting body by surface modifying.The results showed that the surface modification had great influence on the solid content,viscosity,density and structure of the SiC slurry,and the slip casting slurry with lower viscosity and better fluidity and 73 vol%solid content was prepared.The density of body reached 2.698 g/cm^(3),and the SEM showed that the structure of the body was symmetrical.The results showed that the good effect of modifier and dispersant could greatly improve the dispersion of powder and improve the molding performance of slurry.
