摘 要:泡沫金属是一种多孔材料,具有良好的吸声性能,且其吸声频带宽。本文将泡沫金属作为声衬结构研究其流场特性。泡沫金属作为一种多孔介质,其流场特性可以等效为多孔介质的流场特性。通过建立泡沫金属材料等效多孔介质模型,采用Fluent软件仿真分析其流场特性。结果表明,加入多孔介质后,流场的速度减弱、湍动能与湍流耗散率均减弱。这些湍流信息的削弱可以从侧面说明,加入泡沫金属后,其气动噪声有所降低。Foam metal is a porous material with good sound absorption performance and wide absorption band.In this paper,foam metal is used as an acoustic liner to study its flow field characteristics.Foam metal is a kind of porous medium,and its flow field characteristics can be equivalent to the flow characteristics of porous medium.The equivalent porous medium model of foam metal material is established and the flow field characteristics of the foam metal are analyzed by using Fluent software.The results show that the velocity of the flow field weakens,and the turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent dissipation rate decrease after adding the porous medium.The weakening of these turbulence information can be explained that the aerodynamic noise is reduced after adding the foam metal.
