摘  要:目的研究分析急救医学带教中CBL模式(以病例为基础的学习模式)应用效果。方法选定2017年1月—2019年1月本院急诊科行临床医学带教实习生80名为课题研究对象,采用随机数表法分配实习生为两组,组别设立参照组和实验组,单组各分配析急救医学带教实习生40名,在急救医学带教中分别采用常规带教教学方式(参照组)和CBL带教教学模式(实验组),于带教教学实施后,比较两组带教效果及实习生学习情况、教学满意度等。结果实验组采用CBL模式进行带教教学后,实习生考核成绩各项得分均明显高于参照组(P<0.05),实习生学习情况两组比对,实验组实习生经带教后,各项评估得分比较参照组均明显更高(P<0.05),教学满意度采用不记名投票方式进行汇总,比较后显示,实验组实习生在带教后,对教学的满意度明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论开展CBL模式,能够对急救医学带教教学质量、教学实施效果、实习生学习状态等方面起到显著促进作用,提高实习生学习积极性,在临床带教教学存在较高应用价值。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of CBL mode(case-based learning mode) in emergency medicine teaching.Methods from January 2017to January 2019,80 clinical medical teaching interns in the emergency department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group and the experimental group were set up in each group,and 40 cases of emergency medical teaching interns were assigned in each single group.The routine teaching method(reference group) and Cbl teaching method were used in emergency medical teaching Mode(experimental group),after the implementation of teaching,the teaching effect,learning situation of interns and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the scores of the experimental group had significant advantages(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction was summarized by secret ballot.The comparison showed that the interns in the test group had high satisfaction with the teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL mode can significantly promote the quality of emergency medicine teaching,the effect of teaching implementation,the learning status of interns,and improve the learning enthusiasm of interns,which has high application value in clinical teaching.
