摘  要:目的 为顺应目前国内外医学教育教学模式改革的新趋势以及“医学生为中心”及“以病人为中心”的教学导向,构建多元化教学模式的内科学临床见习路径及评价体系,并探讨其在内科学临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法 遵循临床见习的教学规律,联合课前整合内科学网络教学资源、课中采取CTPF教学模式开展核心内容教学及课后基于网络即时通讯信息平台等多种途径进行延续性教学,从而构建内科学临床见习路径,并基于此建立多维度考核体系。将2020年3—7月在本院接受内科学临床见习教学的80名本科生随机分为两组,一组采用传统教学模式(对照组,n=40)、另一组采用多元化教学模式(实验组,n=40),通过问卷调查及期末考核,对比两组同学在教学成果主管评价及客观成绩方面的差异。结果 实验组从课前资源整合、课中组织实施、课后持续教育及效果反馈等四部分持续调动学生主观能动性,学生的学习兴趣较对照组明显更高(P<0.05),且实验组学生认为该教学模式对医患沟通能力、临床操作能力及临床思维构建能力的帮助均明显高于对照组(P <0.05),实验组学生的满意度也明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。在考核成绩方面,实验组学生的知识应用能力评估成绩、期末理论及实践操作考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 多元化教学模式更能满足现阶段内科临床见习教学需求。Objective To adapting to the new trend of medical education and matching the teaching philosophy of “student-centered” and “patient-centered”,we constructed multi-teaching mode-based pathway as well as evaluation system and explored the application value of multi-teaching mode in practice teaching of internal medicine.Methods Follow the teaching law of clinical internship,combine the integration of internal science network teaching resources before class,CTPF teaching mode in class to carry out core content teaching and continuous teaching based on network instant messaging information platform after class,so as to construct the clinical internship path of internal medicine,and establish a multi-dimensional assessment system based on this.80 undergraduates who received clinical internship teaching of internal medicine in our hospital from March to July 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.One group adopted the traditional teaching mode(control group,n=40) and the other group adopted the diversified teaching mode(experimental group,n=40).Through questionnaire survey and final examination,the differences between the two groups in the supervisor evaluation of teaching results and objective results were compared.Results he experimental group continuously mobilized the students’ subjective initiative from four parts:pre class resource integration,in class organization and implementation,after class continuous education and effect feedback.The students’ interest in learning was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the students in the experimental group believed that the help of this teaching mode on doctor-patient communication ability,clinical operation ability and clinical thinking construction ability was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),The satisfaction of students in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of examination results,the evaluation results of knowledge application ability
