摘  要:目的 探讨在实施精神科护理学教学期间分析电影评析方法运用可行性。方法 将本院2019年2月—2020年3月30名精神科护理实习生进行数字奇偶法分组;电影评析组(15名):采用电影评析方式完成护理学教学;常规教学组(15名):采用常规教学方式完成护理教学;就组间实习生期末闭卷考试成绩、影评分析成绩以及教学反馈结果展开对比。结果 电影评析组精神科护理实习生期末闭卷考试成绩(90.25±2.35)分、影评分析成绩(91.23±3.05)分均高于常规教学组期末闭卷考试成绩(80.25±3.02)分、影评分析成绩(80.29±4.05)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);电影评析组精神科护理实习生症状分析评分(90.11±2.52)分、电影选择评分(90.25±3.25)分、团队合作评分(91.17±4.02)分以及作业及汇报评分(92.25±3.02)分均高于常规教学组症状分析评分(80.23±3.02)分、电影选择评分(81.13±4.02)分、团队合作评分(79.95±5.13)分以及作业及汇报评分(79.96±4.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 电影评析方法有效运用,对于护理实习生团队协作精神、综合分析能力可以做到积极培养,能够将学习兴趣充分激发,使学生学习效果显著提升。此外对于更多自由选择空间可对学生积极提供,对其学习需求可以给予充分满足,充分证明电影评析方法运用于精神科护理学教学中可行性。Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the method of film evaluation during the implementation of psychiatric nursing teaching.Methods 30 psychiatric nursing interns in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were grouped by digital parity method;Film evaluation group(15):completed nursing teaching by film evaluation;The routine teaching method was used in 15 patients in the nursing group;Compare the final closed book examination results,film review analysis results and teaching feedback results of interns between groups.Results The final closedbook test score(90.25±2.35) points and the film evaluation analysis score(91.23±3.05) points of the film evaluation group of psychiatric nursing interns were higher than the conventional teaching group final closed-book examination score(80.25±3.02) points,the film evaluation analysis score(80.29±4.05) points were obvious(P<0.05);the film evaluation group psychiatric nursing interns symptom analysis score(90.11±2.52) points,movie selection score(90.25±3.25) points,teamwork score(91.17±4.02) points,and The scores of homework and report(92.25±3.02)points were higher than the scores of symptom analysis(80.23±3.02) points,movie selection score(81.13±4.02)points,teamwork score(79.95±5.13) points and scores of homework and report in the conventional teaching group(79.96±4.25) points were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of film evaluation methods can actively cultivate the team spirit and comprehensive analysis ability of nursing interns,which can fully stimulate the learning interest and significantly improve the learning effect of students.In addition,more free choice space can be actively provided to students,and their learning needs can be fully satisfied,which fully proves the feasibility of applying the film evaluation method to the teaching of psychiatric nursing.
