摘　　要：目的为了响应广东省卫生健康委提出的医疗卫生人才“组团式”紧密型帮扶政策,中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院派出多学科帮扶专家团,下沉广东省梅州市平远县人民医院,积极开展帮扶工作,临床教学是其中重要内容。本团队以传统授课模式联合基于案例的教学法、联合授课联合多学科查房、师徒结对、理论考核联合人人过关的技能操作考核、构建上下级医院间的学术交流桥梁、以教促学等多种教学方法对基层医护人员展开了临床医疗教学工作。方法以问卷的形式调查基层医护工作者对帮扶团教学工作的评价。结果结果表明受帮扶单位对帮扶团的带教方式、带教内容、考核方式和带教效果的满意度均达到90%以上。结论本帮扶团的带教工作经验对其他团队的临床教学工作提供有了益的参考和借鉴。Objective In response to the policy of offering tight support by a team of clinical experts proposed by the Health Commission of Guangdong Province,Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University organized a team of multidisciplinary experts to help the People’s Hospital of Pingyuan County of Meizhou city,in Guangdong Province.Clinical teaching was a very important task.Our team has carried out a series of clinical teaching work through various teaching methods,such as lecture-based learning combined with Case-based learning,multidisciplinary lecture and teaching ward inspection,teacher and pupil in pairs,theory assessment and skill assessment for everyone,building academic communication bridge between different grades of hospitals,promoting learning by teaching and so on.Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the attitude of clinical workers in Pingyuan on the experts’ teaching work.Resluts The results showed that more than 90% of doctors and nurses in Pingyuan were satisfied with the teaching methods,teaching contents,evaluation methods and teaching effect of the experts.Conclusion The teaching experience of this group provides valuable reference for other teams in clinical teaching.
