摘 要:随着国内外优质铁矿资源的减少,球团矿原料中Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数将越来越高,这可能直接影响到铁精矿的成球性能、球团焙烧性能和产品质量。本文以巴西某赤铁精矿为原料,通过加入不同类型的含铝添加剂粉(纯氧化铝、铁铝尖晶石、三水铝石和高岭石),分别将球团矿Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数调至1.0%、2.0%和3.0%,研究铝的赋存状态及质量分数对赤铁精矿造球性能及球团焙烧行为的影响规律。结果表明:高岭石和三水铝石均能显著改善生球的落下强度,铁铝尖晶石能显著提高生球的爆裂温度;配加氧化铝和三水铝石时,焙烧球团矿抗压强度明显下降;而在Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数小于2%时,配加高岭石有助于提高焙烧球团抗压强度;总体来看,Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数的增加对球团还原性不利,但能一定程度上抑制还原膨胀;不同铝的赋存状态的影响程度不同,其中高岭石影响最为明显;从矿相结构分析,配加氧化铝、三水铝石和铁铝尖晶石时未生成明显液相,而配加高岭石后有更多渣相生成,球团固结进一步加强,带入的铝在球团中的分布也更均匀。With the decrease of high quality iron ore resources at home and abroad,the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)in pellets raw materials will become higher and higher,which may directly affect the balling property,pellets′roasting performance and product quality of iron concentrates.In this paper,a Brazilian hematite concentrate is used as raw material,and the mass fractions of Al_(2)O_(3)in the pellets are adjusted to 1.0%,2.0% and 3.0% by adding different types of aluminum-containing additive powders(pure alumina,hercynite,gibbsite and kaolinite)to investigate the effect law of aluminum occurrence state and mass fraction on the balling property and pellets′roasting behavior of hematite concentrate.The results show that both kaolinite and gibbsite significantly improve the falling strength of fresh pellets,and hercynite significantly increases the bursting temperature of fresh pellets;the compressive strength of roasting pellets decreases significantly when alumina and gibbsite are added;while the addition of kaolinite helps to improve the compressive strength of roasting pellets when the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)is below 2%;in general,the increase in the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)is unfavorable to the reduction of pellets,but can inhibit the reduction expansion to a certain extent;the influence of different aluminum occurrence state is different,among which kaolinite has the most obvious influence;from the analysis of ore phase,no obvious liquid phase is generated when alumina,hercynite,gibbsite are added,while more slag phase is generated when kaolinite is added.The consolidation of the pellets is further strengthened and the distribution of the introduced aluminum in the pellets is also more uniform.
