摘 要:为实现小口径弹药引信MEMS安全系统小型化,并在高过载环境条件下可靠应用,以柔性材料PDMS为主体进行引信安全系统结构设计。通过COMSOL软件建立模型和仿真,验证悬臂梁式后坐保险机构可靠性,同时结合MEMS纳米压印技术进行小口径弹药的柔性安全系统的工艺设计。In order to solve the miniaturization problem of MEMS Safety System for small caliber ammunition fuze and to realize the reliable application in high overload environment,the structure of fuze safety system was designed with flexible material as the main body.The reliability of the cantilever recoil safety mechanism was verified by the COMSOL software,and the process design of the flexible safety system of the small caliber ammunition was completed by the MEMS nano-imprint lithography technology.The conducted work lays the foundation for the follow-up verification and application.
