健脾化湿汤联合地中海饮食对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾化湿汤联合地中海饮食对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肝功能指标和证候积分的影响研究。方法选择2019年2月至2021年7月非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者75例为对象,随机数字表法分为2组。对照组(37例)予以健脾化湿汤治疗,观察组(38例)在其基础上联合给予地中海饮食。比较2组患者治疗前和治疗28 d后的肝功能指标[天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)]及证候积分水平。结果治疗后28 d观察组AST和ALT指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗28 d后症候积分低于干预前(P<0.05);观察组治疗28 d后食少纳呆、脘腹痞闷、食后或午后腹胀、大便溏泄、头身困重评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者来说,使用健脾化湿汤联合地中海饮食的治疗手段,能够加快患者肝功能相关指标的恢复,降低证候积分,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Huashi decoction combined with Mediterranean diet on liver function indexes and symptom scores in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 75 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease from February 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=37)was given the treatment of Jianpi Huashi decoction,and the observation group(n=38)was given the Mediterranean diet on this basis of control group.The liver function indexes(AST and ALT)and symptom scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 28 days′treatment.Results Twenty eight days after treatment,AST and ALT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 28 days′treatment,the symptom scores in the two groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After 28 days′treatment in the observation group,the scores of poor appetite,abdominal distention,abdominal distention,loose stools,and heavy head and body were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,Jianpi Huashi decoction combined with Mediterranean diet can help accelerate the recovery of liver function-related indicators and reduce symptom scores,which is worthy of popularization and application.
