摘　　要：阐述中芯国际SMIC成长历程,对中国集成电路制造企业的启示,包括资金、知识产权、人才、风险应对等方面。建议集成电路制造企业从市场化投资融资、加强知识产权保护、加大核心人才激励、做好风险控制,从而不断推动集成电路产业做强做大。This paper expounds the growth process of SMIC and Its Enlightenment to Chinese IC manufacturing enterprises, including capital, intellectual property rights, talents, risk response and so on. It is suggested that IC manufacturing enterprises should make market-oriented investment and financing, strengthen intellectual property protection, increase the incentive of core talents and do a good job in risk control, so as to continuously promote the strength and expansion of IC industry.
